20 min of choreographed cardio.

Combine the power of movement and cognitive exercises to improve memory, attention, reaction time, and more! â€‹

Chair Yoga

Relax with this gentle yoga class that includes moves in seated and standing. The perfect way to calm your mind and body.

PWR! Moves

Target the motor symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, primarily size and speed of movement, so that you can improve your quality of life.
