Group Fitness Classes

Joyful Movement

Feel your brain and body get stronger all while being part of an encouraging community. 

 

Live and on-demand classes offered in-person and via zoom for adults 50+.  

Class Schedule:

Tuesday: Brain Boost @ 9-9:45am

Wednesday: 20/20/20 @ 9-10am

Thursday: Brain Boost @ 9:45-10:15am

Class Descriptions: 

Brain Boost: Combine the power of movement and cognitive exercises to improve memory, attention, reaction time, and more! 

20/20/20: 20 min of choreographed cardio, 20 minutes of full body strength, 20 minutes of core strength and stretching.

Small Group Circuit

Get the best of both worlds with these in-person classes capped at 4 participants. You'll receive individual guidance from the Kinesiologist, while building strong bonds with your peers.

 

The extra guidance from the coach will ensure there's a suitable modification for you and the close connections with the other participants will keep you showing up. 

 

Classes run Mondays from 9-9:45am, Wednesdays from 3:30-4:15pm, and Fridays from 10:30-11:15am.

Strength Focused Programs:

Lift to Live

Improve your strength, balance, endurance and more, so that you can confidently say yes to the adventure's life has to offer!

This program is perfect for you if you:

  • Have a specific goal/hobby/event, such as a bucket list trip, you need to prep for

  • Want to say yes to exciting opportunities without worrying you'll slow others down or be in pain

  • Value the extra guidance and accountability that 1:1 coaching offers

  • Have troublesome injuries you need help working around
