Do I need to have a facebook account to join?
Nope! You can email achievingmotion@gmail.com if you do not wish to be part of the facebook group. You will be emailed all of the materials and workouts, you just won't have the connection with the other participants.

Is this suitable for all fitness levels?
Yes! I am a Registered Kinesiologist with experience working with all fitness levels and common limitations. I have chosen exercises that are suitable for most people and include suggestions for modifying the exercises to suit your needs.

How are the workouts delivered? Live classes? Follow along plans?
All workouts are provided at the beginning of the challenge in PDF or video form and you choose when you do them! There are no live or in-person classes. You will need dumbbells, a step/box, and a yoga mat. You can use household objects as weights and alternative exercises will be provided for those that don't have access to a box or a staircase.
Objects you can use as markers (cones, coloured socks, cups, etc.) may come in handy, but are not required.

Do I have to do certain things on certain days?
Nope! You will receive a bingo card with all the activities and the goal is to cross one off each day. You choose which day works best for each activity based on your schedule!

What are brain-body exercises?
These exercises consist of a cardio or strength exercise, combined with a cognitive stimulus (something you see or hear). Instead of going through a predictable motion like in traditional workouts, with brain-body exercises the stimulus tells you what you need to do for the movement. The video below shows some examples, see if you can figure out the rules. **These exercises may or may not be included in the challenge. *You do not need cones for the challenge
